You can be present at the pre-purchase building and pest inspection with permission from the selling agent which allows you to ask questions and better understand any issues the inspector identifies. We ask that you wait until the inspector has carried out the inspection according to standards which ensure you receive a report that is thorough, correct and
complete. At the end of the inspection, you are welcome to ask questions or discuss any concerns with our inspector.
